Now, before I go into detail, an older Rip-off Report just got updated. Someone submitted the Report back in April, and it has now been updated on the 7th of January. There is a whole truck load of information in that Report. I need to remember to review Rip-off Reports here, before I run off to the WWW. Anyway this number: 1-800-621-0508 is still necessary for you, (I believe) because not everyone qualifies for a refund. It all depends on your Membership dates, and fund availability in the Refund Trust created by the Government, after lawsuits. The physical address for your Attorney General is: Office of Attorney General Mr. John Cornyn 300 W. 15th Street Austin, TX, 78701 The hotline is also linked to the Attorney General. Government Action: "Texas Attorney General John Cornyn filed a lawsuit in October 2001, against Turn of the Century Adventure, Inc., Travelbridge International, Inc. and several Travelbridge-related companies for falsely representing to consumers that, for an up-front program fee, they are entitled to rates and priveleges available only to travel agents." This according to onlineBBB, article: http://www.centraltx.bbb.org/commonreport.html?comid=A1072625&national=Y, date: 1-8-2004, page 1 of 3. The key here is that not everyone qualifies for that specific refund, and they will need to know the specific dates of your records. Access here through Category: Travel Agencies or search by Name: TravelBridge to get the rest of the information, which might be of use. Hope this helps, and that everyone can collect a refund.
