Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
how much do you like going to a time share presentation?

does Travelbridge have the same M. O. Travelbridge, the owners,Sales people where did they come from (Time Share)

Do you need answers why can't you get the vaction you were prommissed? If you owned the company giving away the vacations and you also owned the company offering the vacation how many vacations would you let the customer and the new associated agents recive? none if you could get away with it. think about it.

how much are those condo weeks really worth you were given? or are you just paying the maintiance fee for the owner of the condo on a off unrented week in some location you need to select from some where.

have gotten the commision for the trip you have taken without a fight? not me they just did not make it into the system. Its time to put a stop to deceptive people and practices that look and act like used care salesmen.

To a point, you are right. But when Travelbridge hires the salespeople they no nothing or very little about travel. They are there to sell and that is it, they are told nothing and I mean nothing about the rules and regulations a travel agent has to follow. They are not told only a full time agent I mean one that works thirty to forty hours a week gets travel benefits. When they hire these sales people, they are only told of the benefits an agent could receive, but again they are never told what they are selling does not apply to the people they are selling it to. They are left in the dark, if they hired a travel agent to do what these sales people are doing they couldnt sell squat. Because a travel agent would not tell the lies which are fed to the sales people. They are told to sell a product with out knowing very much about this product. Some what like a used car salesman, or an appliance sales person. Then again the consumer should be looking very closely at what they are buying, as the saying goes if it looks to good to be true you are asking for trouble. This still goes back to the upper scum sucking pig and his board members. They try to keep everyone in the dark. When this company hired me, it was to clean up the mess that lasted only a few months. I was hired on the travel side, but when I started to speak my mind about a lot of things I was let go. Travelbridge doesnt want to run a travel agency they do not want to do things right and honest. They are looking to see fools part with their hard-earned money. Thats the bottom line. These sales people no nothing abut what a AITA card is, they are only told half-truths or total lies. I did question one sales person after I was hired, he told a group that they would never have to travel coach again with this AITA card they could travel first class. They could get free night stays at Hotels and free car rentals. I asked him point blank that told you this and he told me it came from the higher ups. I told him in all of my years working for any travel agency I never received half on what they were told to offer. I questioned one of my managers about this; she rolled her eyes and said I must have missed understood. You are blaming the wrong people yes you got ripped off, but so did they. Its like a bunch of sheep going to the butcher, employees not being told and the consumer being lied to.

I hate to say it, but for all of you ex-Travelbridge employees and especially the salespeople who got laid off and are owed wages....I have a hard time feeling sorry for you. You are just getting the same treatment your customers have been getting for months and years. I can't imagine that you didn't know that your product was seriously lacking in substance or that your sales pitch was fundamentally deceptive or that anybody that signed that membership contract would have a long and probably fruitless fight to cancel that contract once they discovered the truth about Travelbridge. The evidence was there..the Texas AG lawsuit filed in October 2001..which was undoubtably preceeded by dozens if not hundreds of complaints. Yes it is tough to loose those ages, especially if the real scum at the top of the organization are the ones pocketing them, but an awful lot of people indirectly lost their equally hard-earned wages by signing up for the non-existant bill of goods that you sold them. I can only hope that you will learn the lessons of this experience and that your next job will provide real and honest value to your customers.

In July Of 2001 I became employed by travelbridge in the San Antonio office it seemed like a dream come true to make great money by selling this product to people. Well little did I know what trouble i was getting myself into. I went through the ups and downs with the September 11th tragedy, and I stuck it out because I believed in this company. I was wrong..... After the christmas holidays, some of the sales people returned and some of the staff, two new sales managers were hired because the two others were laid off. We started getting people in to sell and we were doing good in business then Mr. Eastvold starting dropping the clients, and less people were coming in, but he kept telling us that he was gonna start sending them in to us to see them and sell the product to. Mr. Donald Eastvold, Jr. made a visit to our San Antonio office and insured us that he was goona keep the San Antonio office open because he liked the area and the crew and wanted to keep this program going....what a liar. He moved us to another building after firing the general sales manager. Then on april 5th he laid all the office off with everyone except for the agents and we did not get a final check they owe me $1885.00 and we need to fight together to get what is ours.

People you need to get together. They prey on the elderly and will do anything and everything to see them part with their money.

I worked for this company for over nine months before I was laid off. I was one of the lucky few that did get a paycheck. The only way to bring this piece of scum down is to get everyone together and march in to the office and start making your concerns in person, but then again I worked for the company for over three months before I found out what this scum looked like. He is a greasy hair snake in the grass; he is always behind closed doors and not to be bothered by anyone. I have worked in the travel industry for over eighteen years and everyone I worked for tried to do it right the first time. He does not care as long as he sees a profit, because he needs to keep up his life style, the heck with anyone else. A month before I was laid off Don had a big meeting in the Mesa office on how he is going to turn the industry around. And how travelbridge would be at the top, when I started to ask questions about a few things He just ignored everything that was said. I was telling them they needed to change things, they need to start running the travel agency right, well needless to say that went over like a lead balloon. Right then and there I knew my days were numbered with that company. God forbid Don makes an honest living he really is a snake and needs to be put in jail. They prey on the elderly and will do anything and everything to see them part with their money. I have kept in contact with a few employees or should I say ex-employees most of these employees where on the travel side not selling the time share and they are all honest hard working people trying to make ends meet. This scum also ripped them off by taking away over twenty percent of their paycheck promising they would get it back well that never happen either. People get together and get everyone involved including the media and the State Attorney General. Thats the only way its going to happen his doors need to be shut down for good. But then again this scume will find yet another way to start another bussiness. He did it with his telamarketing dept. He just put it under someone else's name.
