Nash at Traveler Help Desk charged me a price of $2,600 for a flight to Jamaica. However when I received my itinerary the actual cost was for $1,835.00. I sent him an email asking why my credit card was overcharged and he responded that if United Airlines agree to reimburse the difference then they will refund me.
I called United airlines and they confirmed the only charge they took from my card was $1,835.00. I emailed the travel agent and told them that United Airlines did not charge me $2600 and demand to know why I was charged so much. They refused to respond to my phone calls or emails to this date.
