Travelgenio robbed me today. I made a reservation for flights Istanbul to Amserdam and Amsterdam to Istanbul. I entered my bank card information to payment site and it was refused. Then a service desk person called me and send an internet link for the payment to be made via my bank card. I tried again. When I used that link I got the payment was not done message. It was not successfull. Today I tried again with the link they provided me for the payment and it was unsuccessfull again.
Today when I check my bank account I saw that the payment was done twice. I discussed the issue with the bank ( TC Garanti Bank) and they admit that the transaction was done successfully to Travalgenio. I got my printouts for the payment transaction.
However whoever I talk in service desk on Travalgenio they say they have not got the payment. In conclusion this is a robbery. Despite travalgenio have taken money from my bank account they do not accept they have taken it. In conclusion this is a robbery. They got my money and do not accept it. My bank has confirmed the payment was done.
I will do whatever it takes to take my money back from this outlaw company. And seeking a help for this international roobbery scandal.
