I purchased two custom made All Rhinestone Name belts for my friend and I. It costed $174.94 for both buckles and belts. It has been a month and some days since they took their money from my credit card, and I never heard from them but two times after my purchase to tell me that It should be here within 24 hours. I never received anything. I feel as though this company takes too long to respond to emails if they do at all.

I bought these belts for my friends birthday, so we could have matching belts. I saved up for a long time so I could afford to buy them because I have to pay all my other bills. Its just pathetic that people take advantage of customers like this. I thought I could trust them because they were registered with Yahoo! but even after I reported them to Yahoo! nothing was done to resolve my issue. I took it one step further and reported them to the BBB, now we just have to wait and see.

Online shoppers beware of this company, they act like they care but once they money is taken from you, they ignore all your requests for information on your purchases.

AFTER A LONG DRAWN OUT PROCESS I DID INDEED RECEIEVE MY BELTS. THEY WERE NICER THEN EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST. MY FRIEND LOVED THE ONE I GOT HER FOR HER BIRTHDAY. WHAT I CAN'T FATHOM IS WHY THE PERSON WHO SUBMITTED THAT REBUTTAL FROM TREDIVAS.COM FELT THAT SHE NEEDED TO LIE AND STATE THAT I COULD NOT CONFIRM THE CREDIT CARD ADDRESS AND THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELED? THE ORDER WAS NEVER CANCELED IT WAS TAKEN FROM MY DEBIT CARD SOON AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER WITH TREDIVAS.COM. EVEN THOUGH I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE BELTS, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH TREDIVAS.COM. IN MY OPINION, THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVER ASPECT.

This order was declined due to suspected fraud. Customer was angry because we would not accept the credit card payment. We have never charged the credit card for this order because Susan could not verify the correct billing addres as on file with the bank. Customer was told to send a money order for payment within 10 days or the order would be canceled. The order was indeed canceled. If TreDivas indeed charged her credit card, the customer has the right to contact her credit card company for an investigation. This has not happened because it was not her credit card and we did not charge it. All of the references to contacting us, once we asked her to send a money order because the addresses that she was given did not match, we never heard from her again. A Since we are a Yahoo! powered store that is a second consumer protection to file a complaint with Yahoo for an investigation into our store. Customer never did that either. Customer never contacted the BBB and the BBB never sent any request to us about this order. This customer was beat at her own game and didn't get a chance to steal from the credit card owner or our store.

SINCE I REPORTED THEM THEY SENT ME A FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER THAT ISN'T EVEN IN FEDEX RECORDS. I EMAILED THEM BACK AND LET THEM KNOW WHO I REPORTED THEM TO AND WHAT I PLAN TO DO IF THEY DON'T SEND ME A NEW FED EX TRACKING NUMBER THAT I AM ABLE TO LOCATE. I GAVE THEM 24 HOURS, SO I AM WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. THE COMPANY'S NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS IS [email protected]
