Trend Times false advertising, over-charge for products advertised NOT a legit store with inventory.. and their profit margin is radically huge Scottsdale Arizona
I learned a lot about what Trend Times is and how they do business by conducting an expensive business transaction with them.
I bought their Dragon Fly helicopter on-line, and they could not give me tracking info nor could they tell me any info about my order. It was never clear how long it would take to receive my order and it took much longer than anything else I've bought online.
Trend Times don't even answer their 800 number. I called their 800 number more than 50 times and not once did it get answered. That's a bad enough sign. Do NOT buy from this so-called company. You can find anything they sell at other more reputable companies.
You won't get any email or other notification confirming your order, because TT is a small-time importer. I learned the hard way... they take your order and have the so-called product shipped from China. When I finally got my Dragon Fly helicopter, I also received the way-bill, since it was exported. The way-bill included where it came from and how much it was actually worth. I paid $300 for the product and the way-bill declaration was a big fat US $30. Trend Times is NOT a legit store with inventory.. and their profit margin is radically huge, given that China delivers the product at around 500% less than list price.
Trend Times are "advertisers" and "re-direcors". If you buy something... anything... from Trend Times, you WILL pay too much and who knows where it will come from.
Not only will you pay too much, you'll probably come away with a very sour taste.
If you buy something from Trend Times, chances are that you will be, or at leat feel ripped off. I would recommend that you look to a different company. Try Tower Hobbies instead. There are plenty of reputable companies out there, but Trend Times isn't one of them!
