Tri Star Products ripoff, dishonest fraudenlent billing, they continued billing although product was returned for refund Wallingford Connecticut
Ordered the Lateral Thigh Trainer, received quickly. Did not like the product, so returned product at very expensive shipping fees by UPS. A refund was requested. Noted next bank statement that the next installment of $33.33 was billed to our account anyway. They have ignored our request for a refund, and would like to find a way to stop this fradulent continued billing, and receive our requested refund. Most certainly will not deal with this company again.
