After repeated attempts to recieve credits promised by my completing the offers as promised. never attempted to correct thier indescretion. Never answered my repeated phone calls. Never admitted fault.How this company still exists is beyond comprehention.Never complete offers attached to this company.If i lived in California believe you me they would know of my existance.Tony. Basically im Screwed. I guess theyre is no way to to put it but dry popped with no grease.After posting this,and getting what i payed for FINALLY! World Golf Tour aka( WGT.com ) Decided to destroy my profile. Made gameplay impossible.Messed with every aspect of streaming game play. to the point of redundant attempts at continued interupted games,(disconnections, meter like a heart moniter!) Trial pay and WGT got the last laugh. Lessoon learned?

I guess theyre both able to laugh, and still continue to rip off the public.Censor my Blogs, Make Gameplay impossible to play! Believe me its not over! I will contact every sponsor,Every company,and finally the USGA Governing office .I will not rest till I get responses frome every one of them. Trial pay is my number one reason for this campaign.Your laughing now, but i swear you will know my name by heart.

The only reason That I finally got a response. After a week of numerous Emails, Phone calls not returned.Was mostly because of ripoff report,and many hours of research of the corporate sponsors that pay ,Trial pay. I sent an Email to WGT Outlining thier biggest account corporate Sponsors and promised Numerous E mails and phone calls to each and every one of them. Explaining how Trial pay was not living up to thier promises of credits UPON COMPLETION of the offers. Not a week, Not 5 days, Not 3 days.I sent a confirmation Email oulining the completion of the offer at the end of the day when i never got my credits, Trial pay did not except it,basically calling me a liar.Like i made up the confirmation e mail document on my own. Which is impossible.NONE of the terms for the credits were met by trial pay.Then you want to write a letter trying to explain away the fact that you arrogantly accused me of being dishonest? ! Your form letter appology means nothing to me or the thousands of people you rip off every day.I am the wrong guy to accuse of dishonesty! You act again like you did me a favor? LOL! Please........! Am i satisfied? Yeah....NOOOOOOOOOOO! If i charged you by the hour what i get paid , for all the time and aggrivation,and you reimbursed me for that,then maybe. Good luck with that. TH81

Let me first apologize for the frustration that you may have encountered regarding the situation.  I have looked into the matter, and it looks like we have tried to clarify on several occasions that there is a process that TrialPay representatives must follow when an offer does not track automatically.  To clarify the matter again, when an offer fails to track through the system, we would need a copy of a receipt or a confirmation e-mail, which we would then use to verify with our partners.  However, it is a process that does take time, as in order to protect our users' accounts with our partners, TrialPay does not have access to our their systems.  Because we have no access to our partners systems, and coupled with the volume of inquiries that our advertisers receive each day, it often results in TrialPay having to wait anytime between 3 to 5 business days before we hear back from our partners.

We have reviewed your account and given you your due credit in good faith.  However, please note that our representatives were, in fact, following a procedure, and I am very sorry that you were not pleased with the experience that you had.  If you have additional comments or concerns, please e-mail us directly at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to assist you.
