Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I began working for Triple J Promotions in April of 06. I had come across the job on careerbuilder.com

after posting my resumee. I was at the time living in Pensacola Florida, and had been working literally 5 jobs at a time to make ends meet. I was ready to move back home with my family and find a steady job and get back into college.

I was so excited when i saw this job listing and the interview was even better. My interviewer created this amazing picture of the company, the money, the experience, the growth opportunity, and even better the work environment was so much fun. Everyone at work became my best friend. I finally felt that I had found a career, which was even better since I was only 19 and the opportunity of owning my own marketing company by the time I was 20 seemed incredible.

I worked in the Orlando area for about 5 weeks. During that 5 weeks i was told i was on the fast track to owning my own office becuase of my work ethics and my abilities in the field. I barely noticed i was working 12-15 hrs 6 days a week and spending all of my free time on mandatory team nights and team breakfasts.

They kept telling me sacrifice was everything and that we would get paid off for our hard work. They also kept telling me i would be going to California very soon to visit Harmony H*** and "steal her juice", that never happened.

On the friday of the 5th week i had been working there, the owner of the company Jesse James Jamnik, hence the Triple J, informed me that there was an opportunity for us in Boston. He told me that there were a few guys up there selling wax, averaging $900 a week because the territory had never seen this stuff. He also got me excited because he informed us that we would be staying with the owner of the division of Quantum, Mike P*** to learn from him. This meant we were all moving to Boston for the summer.

Three people working in Orlando could not do that and lost their job with the company as they shut the orlando office down. By the way, Triple J Promotions no longer exists.

While in Boston, Jesse forced us to sign new W-4s, I-9's and other new hire paperwork for the "new" company, Level One Promotions that would be running the nascar car wax out of the Boston area. Jesse is a sick genious. He gives you just enough to lead you on and then leaves you dry. He did provide the three of us with the travel money to move from Orlando to Boston, and paid the deposit on our apartment for the summer. Catch is..this man has a criminal record, in fact, the majority of the people working for the company did.

Jesse took it upon himself to forge mine and another gentlemen's signature on an application and also fudge our income on the application to ensure that we got an apartment for the summer. He told me and this other person we were the only ones that could sign the lease, so we did. Meanwhile, it is illegal to have any other residents in the apartment that are not on the lease, and we had three because they had criminal records and would not get accepted.

Here is where things get interesting. I had 5,000 miles on my BRAND NEW car when i started this job in April. The day I quit on the 28th of June, I had 15, 548 miles. None of the gas or mileage was paid for by the company. They pass that off by saying you get a gas bonus when you sell $2500 worth of wax a week, which i never did, and i was the top seller. Guess how much that gas bonus is, $30. That is not even a tank of gas. They also say that you can turn in mileage in March when you file taxes. Now not only was i not being compensated for gas, but we were driving literally 200-300 miles a day!

We would drive from our apartment near Rhode Island to our office outside of Boston, then from the office to our event, usually in Rhode Island, then from the event back to the office in Boston, and finally from the office in Boston back to the apartment near Rhode Island. We left our apartment at 6am and got home around 9 or 10pm at the EARLIEST every night. I had to overdraw my account several times just to go to work.

The greatest part of all this is that at some point money started disappearing in my account, money I KNOW I DIDNT SPEND. I have had a bank account since i was 15 and gone over maybe 3 times total, family can attest to this. At 19, i had good enough credit that i had built up on my own to purchase a house, i know how to manage money.

Suddenly, every week my account was negative from -$150-$482. All of my paychecks were going to cover negative bank fees and i could no longer pay my bills. I wasn't making as much as i was promised either. I never breached $500 and i was the top seller. Meanwhile, i want to go home, but am trapped in a legal binding contract with a $2000 monthly town home in my name. Noone had the money to pay rent and i did not have a clue what to do.

I went to the leasing office to attempt getting my name off the lease, but could only do that if the other residents signed the lease, which legally they are supposed to be on it anyways, but could not since they had criminal records.

I was also told to call the cable company and get cable hooked up, and lucky me, because i called, my name is on the cable account as well. I ended up lying to the people in the lease department simply to protect my credt since they told me if i left it would be breaking the contract, the other residents would be evicted and $7400 would go to collections in my name. I told them i was going to stay and get the other residents to come in and sign the lease.

I left, i could not afford to work 80 plus hours a week to have my whole paycheck go to negative bank fees and not be able to pay my bills. I cancelled the cable but you have to either switch the contract or return the box and cable router. I am not there to do either, don't trust the other residents to do that, and even if they would, they do not have the time to do those things with the hours this company has you work.

This company is a brainwashing cult. They put down hard-working, college educated people, they call they 9-5 office working slobs. They make you feel that this company is the only opportunity someone has to be successful in life, and the whole thing is a scam either way.

Please DO NOT TAKE A JOB WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, THERE ARE 58 OFFICES NATIONWIDE. If anyone has advice, please please help. I am trapped in a lease, thousands of dollars in debt in a matter of 4 weeks, and completely out of control of this situation. My name, credit, and work ethic are on the line.

Hmmm April of 06 was when the first person start working for JJJ....I was with them not too much earlier before that but in West Palm Beach....the owner of Family Promotions was actually my team leader and I actually had moved from Orlando with Jesse to West Palm to start a new office...which of course did not work out...so you were selling fast wax huh...so you probably worked with Chris "" or at least new Quest Global Marketing...everyone is connected in these company's even good ol "" Hunt back in last I knew Orange County, CA. Ok to let you all know as a former employee...is it hard and probably detrimental to those who don't succeed...yes...bascially you are going to sacrifice everything to become a manager and if you don't you are basically stuck rebuilding your life....is it a scam...yes and no...you lead a life of lies basically but they are legal lies to put it best...can you make a lot of money...yes if you are part of that very small 1% of the thousands of people going through the company during that time making money for the top guys...once you are the top guy its your job to conceive to legally deceive and lie to those to build your empire whether or not they build their empire...does JJJ give a crap about you...yes and no...yes if you make them money....no if you don't and thats all that matters in this company or companies of companies...they arent all criminals and the person who orginally posted this was moron for putting everything in her own name to be honest... Did i get brainwashed a bit by the company...yeah...but i had the intelligence to realize when things got out of hand...so i guess its easy to say the weak minded and no offense to the person who posted this...get taken advantage of while the more intelligent just get lied to for awhile until they either succeed as a devious business practitioner or decided they want to live a life or morality and understanding....so what is my advice about any company under JJJ or Family Promotions or Quest Global Marketing or one of the main companies controlling it all Quantum or Innovage...my basic advice...don't do it...only a very very small percent succeed in this business and if you do you have to basically be the epitome of evil to make it....any job that seems to good to be true in marketing and fast track to management...entry level marketing...is basically exactly what it apppears to be...too good to be true....come on people do some research before you jump into anything...take advice from the learn-ed. What they say may be true....may be legal...but its only that for about .000001% of the american population....and of that percent only .000000% have the unwrithing heart to do this businees...if you want to lie and decieve everyone in your life including you and your family to make money will risking everything then this biz is for you...otherwise get a 9 to 5 and do what everyone else does in this world to make it...win it, inherit in or invent it...thats your only chance!

Jessica, Beware of a wolf in sheeps clothing. There must have been some reason you made that first post. And, keep in mind that ANY reputable company that relocates employes to work does this under their own name and own expense. A reputable company would never make you put things in your name! That is a total scam. This sounds like your typical boiler room telemarketing outfit to me with some ex con probably at the top of it. They are being nice to you to keep you from exposing them for the fraud that they are engaging in. You need to send some certified letters to get your name off those things you mentioned like lease, cable, etc. These things can get you sued. You ARE liable if your signature is on the contract, regardless of what these smooth talking con artists tell you. PROTECT YOURSELF!!

I tried to find a way to delete the above listed report but was unable to do so. I have finally gotten into contact with jesse and we are working on resolving the issues i had listed in my report. While i am still frustrated with my experience with the company and the opportunity didn't work for me, many people are successful in this company and truly enjoy their careers. I appreciate the cooperation and assistance of jesse with these matters.

TRIPLE J PROMOTIONS STILL AROUND!

Hi I know exactly what you are going through. I worked for Sean Garner out of Houston for Paradigm Promotions. He sent me to work for Jesse setting up a new office in Pittsburg. Now as a person outside of all of this we got along fine. But they were unprofessional in so many ways mainly jesse who threaten people with a stick. dont forget he is former military as well. these guys will never stop. And I had fun for the first month or so when I got back from PA I was asked why I didnt make s**t all week. Because the city of pittsburg had just been royaly f***ed and they knew it. Huge scandal went down where the last owner in the area was fined $5000 and forced to shut down. This happens often. Most people in the company are great but they are all believing this lie of scaming people out of money every day. Just to let you know Jesse Jamnik still has Triple J Promotions and they are still in FL. Family Promotions is now in Orlando and is also under Jesse. He is still out there with many others scamming the people of this great nation into believing the money actually helps programs like DARE or CPEA. But in reality guess where they get there money for the great houses and gorgeous cars. They write themselves bonuses as "administration costs" to get all the fancy new things. My suggestion call a lawyer you can actually get out of a lease with out it going on your credit and you can deal with the bank as well. most lawyer have free consultation and will do a probono case for things like this. Good luck and I hope things work out for you. For all the other please search here or BBB. They are everywhere they are the people selling toys for your kids to give money to Charities which the charities only get like 1 mil when in reality these companies are making around 5 bil a year plus. Please if you want to help the charity go directly to them on their sites. That is the only way to actually help them. Any other way and someone is making money off you.
