TriStar Environmental Air Care - John Man dressed in blue scrubs bearing free American Flag Palm Bay and supposedly opening store in Kissimme Florida
I got a knock at my door and a tall man in blue scrubs with an ID tag was standing on my porch ( despite my No Solicitors sign under my house number). The man was holding a wrapped, cheap American flag, and made small talk about having a store in Palm Bay, and was opening a new store in Kissimmee. At first I thought he was talking about a flag store. He handed it to me and then walked to his silver mini van which was running, and had the rear hatch open ( with no identification on it) and returned with a box, and another man. After more small talk he said he was selling air purifiers and wanted to come in for a few minutes to demonstrate. I do not let strangers in my home ( which is why I put up a no solicitors sign) and told the man I was not interested. Palm Bay is not that close to Kissimmee, and I thought it was odd they drove all the way here for door-to-door sales. It was even more odd that he was wearing scrubs, and that he said his name was John, but the name on the card was Eric Johnson. I will be passing along his business card to my neighbor who works for the sheriff's department. I hope they realize my neighbors have video security cameras. Don't let these guys in your house.
