Tristar Freedom Guard Total Fraud Mason Ohio
My son is a soldier and purchased a vehicle from a dealership and purchased the Tristar Warranty. The car broke down and we took it to our local repair facility. Before even finishing explaining the problem the repair facility was told claim denied. I read and reviewed the policy and contacted Tristar personally. I spoke to the same person. He admitted he knew nothing about cars or the problem being explained. He was looking at a computer screen with no knowledge. He admitted he tried to type the description and sent to adjuster. Claim was denied. The first attempts are always denied. I asked to speak to the adjuster but was denied. This company is fleecing our military members and scamming them out of money only to deny majority of claims without recourse.
