TRONE RENTAL PROPERTIES CHRIS TRONE Property Mgr. lied to tenant and judge, then rents property with urine and feces soaked wood under carpet, ask tenants to to mention previous tenants to new renters Hanover, Pennsylvania
We rented property from Trone Rentals. When we first rented the property manager was very nice and a great people person. Then came Andrea. Not a people person. She says just get rent in, then 2 days later we get eviction notice for the month I'm late, adds the following month and any other bill, water, sewer. My sewer bill wasn't due and she told us she had to file because the bourough had called and said Trone couldn't rent another property until "we"paid our bill. We called bourough and talked to lady that sends those reports. Andrea had lied. She also lied to a judge who came out to our car and talked to us after court. Worse though is we had neighbors who had about 6 little ones and a couple.
The one little one used to walk around with diaper with feces and urine dripping out of it. When they left, the carpet was tore up and underneath were piles of human feces. They just scraped it off best they could and recarpeted. Whe I told next tenant, she moved out within a week. They again rented townhouse and still have not taken up urine and feces soaked wood. Andrea ask us and another tenant to not say anything! Yea right! This company is heartless and cares nothing for their communities. The owner is constantly drinking and it doesn't matter how long you have rented from him, he leaves all his dirty business up to Property Mgr. Andrea. In all the years we rented from these people, we seen numerous occasions where they said one thing and did another. Renting townhouses when they have knowledge of health concerns, yet will put a single mom and small child in a place that has urine and feces soaked wood underneath is worse than inhumane.

At Trone Rental Properties, we take pride in providing each of our tenants with a comfortable living environment and excellent customer service. Unfortunately there are situations where the tenant fails to comply with the lease agreement. From time to time in the rental business we have to make tough decisions to ensure we are being responsible to our other tenants and protecting the interest of the company. In 32 years of business we very seldom encounter this type of situation.
