Tropicale Customz / Angelo Maldonado Shoddy Work, Unprofessional, Inexperienced, and Wont stand behind his mistakes Tampa Florida
Had work done to my H2 Hummer, work was shoddy at best, Spent over $8K and had to spend another $5 K to make it right.
Completly destroyed the interior, lost parts, and fired every one that worked on it. The new rims were about the only thing he got right, well how do you screw up rims.
I asked him for new carpet, he said we can dye them, back to original black, to my shock, he spray painted them with flat black paint. Another issue, i asked for interior panels to be painted, again to my shock, he sprayed them with Engine Enamel paint. Exterior bumpers and skirts were to match body color, parts never prepped and cleaned, so paint is flaking off. Had the head liner done, cut material short, and attempted to cover a paint stick in same fabric and tuck in the weather stripping.
I turned him into the Hillborough Consumer Protection and they fell for his phoney story, I then attempetd to send a demand letter via attorney, his attorney rejected stating his work was superior and no issues with it. This guy needs to be shut down. He is currently in Tampa, but advertizes on offer up in Brooksville Florida. Stay away from this shop, i can provide more details if needed.
His is crooked as crooked comes. He will get his one day as Karma is a BIT**..
