Troys florist ABSOLUTELY APPALLING BUSINESS Internet
If you really care about the person you are sending flowers to, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a funeral arrangement for my best friend containing roses and lilies all white, she received hot pink daisies. I payed $117 for a deluxe bouquet, what she recieved can be bought at a flee market for $7.
I was so embarrassed that she got this. Below every standard. When I tried to resolve it, I was told I can get the full refund, but they have to get the flowers back from my grieving friend. Very sad, disappointing experience. I will never use them again, hope you don't either.
