I ordered what claimed to be a free trial of Forskolin Extract and another bottle that came with it. I did not authorize anyone to send any further shipments and take out any further payments from my credit card. A couple days ago to my surprise I received another order from them of the same I had received before. I did not open it though. I pulled my bank statment up and sure enough they had charged my account on 09-26-17 for $84.97. I called the phone number that also showed on that transaction and spoke with Raymond. He informed me that he would end my service but he could not refund me any money even though I have not opened the products. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he informed me that I couldn't speak with a supervisor. He told me that if I had complaints or concerns I would direct those to him. I am livid. This should not happen to innocent, hard-working people. So now I'm out $84.97 and it should never have happened to begin with. I think it is a shame and very deceiving what this company and companies like them are doing. They are making a fortune off of innocent and hard-working people. That money was very much needed in my household. I think they should be closed down and put out of business. I know this email wont do any good but at least it makes me feel as if I at least tried.
