Turbo MS Canada Chinese Knock-off of Holset Turbo Actuator Saint-Fulgence, Quebec Canada Internet
I though I was buying an O.E.M. Assembled Turbo with precalibrated actuator as recommended by the Holset manufacturer as to be certified remanufactured. Yet, not only was the electronic activator impossible to be precalibrated without already installed on the engine, but MS Turbo originally claimed I was receiving an actuator that had a $1000 retail value, and later changed the story that it was only $450. Yet, not only would he not honor his 1 year warranty, but I couldn't get him to reimburse the $1000 thru PayPal. PayPal sided with me on the fact that I received a bad product, but made a final decision not to refund me due to time restrictions, and their purchase disclaimer. The fraudulent product has currently been reported to the Federal Trade Commission for further investigation.
