Tvaddicts.tvtvaddicts Ripped me off Internet
I found this company back in November 2007 and I was so delighted that I had found someone who had my favourite tv series on a complete boxset - but that excitement was short lived. I received a confirmation email about 2 weeks later via email saying my credit card details were processed and the product was on its way. I was also given a track id to track the delivery of the product. I realised when I went to use the track id that it didnt work. This is when i started to become a little suspicious about the company.
I checked my credit card details and the money had been taken out of my account. I used the live chat that they had set up on the website and had live chat with someone called Nicky on numerous occasions who told me that the order was not shipped but that she would make sure that a replacement was sent out. I waited for about another month and still nothing.. Im here now 3 months later - no product 140 taken from my account and nothing to show for it.
This company are complete con artists and should be prosecuted for this. This is fraud whatever way you want to look at it. I will never use a web site like this again..
I hope that someone will do something about this company and that someday i might get my money back - but i wont hold my breath.
