When I discovered there were bad DVDs, I tried several e-mail to contact them by e-mail and phone and each time I got either no e-mail response or was placed on hold. I called my credit card company and they stopped payment (fortunately. After examining closely the DVD's, I see they are bootleg copies. I will submit a copy of my report to my credit card company as I am sure there are many more victims who just won't get bothered. They need to be locked up.
