Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I placed an order Dec 4th that was intended as a Christmas gift. My credit card was charged Dec 7th. I did not receive an order comfirmation email-I had to contact them.

It wasn't until after Christmas that I received an order confirmation. I emailed them stating I was very unhappy w/ the lack of service. Maybe a day later, I received another email letting me know that my order was on backorder and to respond to the email if I no longer wanted the product and a refund would be issued. The link they gave to request a refund did not work.

After several of the same 'product on backorder' emails, I tried calling them and was directed to voicemail-every time I tried to call. I then went online to their 'live chat'. The first person I spoke w/ ended the conversation before anything was resolved. I chatted w/ another person who I confronted asking them if they were a crap company. I told them I had found many reports of them being a 'bunk' company, but they reassured me that they were a legit business. I told them several times I did not want their product and I demanded a refund. They sent me an email stating that I'd be refunded in 3-5 business days.

Amazingly, I was refunded (a penny short of my order). I thought this nightmare was over. After about two weeks of my refund I received an email that my order was still on back order, it should be available w/in 5-7 business day and that my credit card had not been charged YET. Red flags!!! I responded to the email again basically chastising them and immediately got on the phone to block my credit card so they cannot charge it again.

They no longer have any contact information on their site. I will be contacting the BBB.

You are one of the lucky ones to escape this unforseen misfortune. We on the other hand , have lost our money and no videos. Our local attorney general said I should file a claim with Canadian authorities. And just how do I do that? And what good will it do when the BBB can't even locate them? I give up. Like I said earlier, never again will I trust the internet for sales orders. None. Ziltch!
