TVBoxset - Digital Media - GMG Ripoff, Defective, Unresponsive Montreal Quebec
Ordered 05/01/07, credit card charged 05/03/07. Sent 2 emails from their contact page asking for the status of my order. 05/31/07 received email that my order had shipped, with a tracking number via Canada Post. Shipment arrived 06/07/07, but was defective - missing disc #3 of the set. Sent email from their contact page that night, and have left 2 messages via their phone number (877) 674-8266. No response.
I should be thankful that I received even some sort of shipment, but I sure wish I had researched the company before placing an order!
