Dear Customer,

As you may already know, we have had some problems with our shipping department over the past few weeks.

We have had 2 shipments returned and reprocessed. There have been delays with 2 large batches of orders.

Order numbers 14811-17034 were all returned to us and had to be reshipped. This was done last week and an email was sent out to all of you then.

This is just an update to keep you all informed of the progress. Many of you have already got your product, if so you can just delete this email.

If you still don't have your item, this email is to assure you that its still on the way and should be there within a matter of a few business days.

Orders 17035-23021 have been delayed due to this problem explained above. Again, many or most of you getting this email will already have your product. For the few that don't have it, we thank you for your patience and also assure that's its on the way.

We will be sending a coupon code out to all customers in the next few weeks to show how much we appreciate your patience. This code will be valid for the rest of 2007 and will give you 40% off your next order.

This is the same message I have received before - and I have waited patiently for the order - the shipping numbers are active but never show anything shipped.

I received this exact message a few weeks ago.

Please send me a non-canned reply and let me know what you are doing to ship me the product since obviously it does not seem to be this issue

There has recently been some changes with mailing

of DVDs. US customs now requires what is called

a customs declaration.

Our online shipping does not provide us with a

declaration and we were not made aware of this

new requirement.

This has caused all our packages to be delayed. The

good news is that this is all taken care of now. So your

tracking numbers will all be active now within the next 24 hours. Your order will be there with 4 business days.

To add to the delay, July 1st was a holiday here in Canada and July 4th is a holiday in the US. So things are not as quick as normal with the mail system in general.

Again, I am very sorry for the delay and we thank you for

your patience.
