TVDVDWORLD.TV OFFERED DVD FOR SALE-DID NOT HAVE THEM & SUBJECT TO CONTINUAL DEALY & IGNORE EMIALS Internet
On March 11 2008 I ordered the Hawaii Five ) and happy Days complete Tv series sents from these idiots. They offered delivery in 12 to 14 days. 6 days later they sent a standard email advising delay of 5/7 working days & have sent them continually ever since. As these items we bought a presents for a special occasion for me the non delivery now makes them surpurflous since the date has passed. The company claim not to have debited my credit card and I have checked with my credit card issuer that is the case.
I have now cancelled the order & will advise my credit card company to refuse any atempt to debit the account.
My complaint is made becuase I cannot understand why they advisrtiose items for sale & offer a delivery date when they have no intention to supply.
It rather proves that not all cowboys wear big hats and ride horses!
