I placed an order (Christmas present) with twiggydeals.com on November 30, 2017. I received a shipment notification on Dec. 8, 2017 that the package was on its way. I received 2 of the 3 items on January 4. I contacted "Support" and "Shaun W." replied that not all of the items shipped together, although I was only provided with one tracking number and the "Delivery Confirmation" email stated that all three items were delivered.

I have emailed Shaun W. several times and the response that I get is "wait a few more days." "It will be delivered in 3-5 business days." etc.

There is no contact phone number or address for this company that I have been able to find. I have demanded the other item be delivered or a full refund. I have not received either one.
