Twitter Suddenly requiring you to give up your smart phone number & disabling your account if you can't/don't San Francisco California
I have had a Social Media account at Twitter since october, 2010 and used it to communicate with the world since I CAN NOT AFOFRD A SMART PHONE AND INTERNET ACCESS TOO!
After over half- a million tweets, suddenly in June p0f 2015, I got a message that my account was LOCKED an di Had been spamminmg and violating rules.I had not been hacked to my knowkedge.I had finished a concert came back home and logged in and was told my account was locked.
TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT I WOU;LD HAVE TO GIVE THEM A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER AND THEY WOULD SEND ME A CONFIRMATION CODE TO ENTER ON THEIR WEBSITE
The disclaimer states: Standard text message charges may apply depending on your phone carrier.gYour number will not be shown.At forst, others will be able to find you by your phone number,however you can change your privacy settings at any time."
If my number will not be shown publically then who would be able to find me by my phpone nimber?
This request comes just before Jade Helm 15 in which certain opersons are to be placed on FEMA lists --red and Blue and you can google those to find out what they entail.

Give or take a few hundred...based on your numbers you have tweeted about 9000 times/year. If you were constant that is about one tweet every hour, 365 days a year, since October 2010.
Now, since we know that isn't happening. What could that mean? Of course that there are times you are "blasting" a ****load of tweets...which could very well be considered SPAMMING.
This isn't a "new" policy. Most likely someone finally got tired of your tweets and reported you for spamming them. As such they want to make sure you are a real person and not some robot. They are a private company and there is no "right of free speech" with them. If you don't like their rules...then stop tweeting. Oh wait....they already took care of that.
Perhaps you should create your own site to compete against Twitter that has no rules. As to just a few of your questions.

- Oh yes. They make $150 for each text this is directly taken out of the $0.25 a Cell Phone Company may charge you.
