Two Star Towing AAA Two Star Towing Two Star Towing stole my generator! Pahrump Nevada
The business ethics of the owners... CRIMINAL! While they refunded the overcharge, they refused to give me my generator... said that "if you want it, you have to take the entire 28' chassis". Bob & lil Bob went on to elaborate on they NEVER allow anyone to remove any of their property from the vehicles - selling this contraband "is how we help to recover our costs of doing business"? REALLY??? How about the $500/hr that you charged me for my tow of 35 miles?
I hardly think that you took a loss on that... When I reported this "theft" to the Nevada Transportation Authority (the regulatory agency governing tow companies in Nevada) they agreed with me. An investigator called me and said that he spoke with Two Star and I could go get my generator... I called... and was again told that I had to take the 28' RV chassis if I wanted my generator... I called the officer back - he said "they're playing games". ... I guess that they aren't the only ones playing games... a week later I received a letter from NTA saying that this "was not in their jurisdiction"... SO - I will determine in whose jurisdiction it is and continue to report the activities of this company to EVERY regulatory agency that may wish to hear.
