I used to work for TXCollect in their office in Central Texas. Almost every person that I spoke to said that they had never had an at&t account or any of the other accounts we were to collect on. First of all, Palisades Collections, is a seprate collection agency that placed some accounts with us to try to collect on. Palisades is not TxCollect. We had a big account with them. When someone called or we called and said that they wanted to dispute it, we were told to give them a number to the "dispute department" or transfer them to it, in which they would get an answering machine, leave a message and no one would ever call them back because from what I've observed and heard from supervisors, there is no real "dispute department". TxCollect is crooked. When I worked there we had probably 300 people or more working there, they are about to go out of buisness in my opinion because they now only have about 5 people working there. I know that all of you are very frustrated with your situations, but they have it coming to them and its not going to be pretty. Anonymous
