Tyler gentry Elite Floors of Indiana They lied about their product the quality of their product and there installers were not good at their job when I complained about the installation of the flooring they never even offered to send anyone back to repair the problems that they promised would not happen with their product Indianapolis Indiana
I had Tyler Gentry the owner of elite floors of Indiana at my house to look at vinyl plank flooring he told me it was durable you couldn't scratch it he showed me testimonials he showed me pictures he brought big live samples he told me there was no issue with leveling the floors that the flooring would never make any noises like a wooden floor it would never Tic Tac crack or pop that it would have a nice underlayment it would be comfortable it wouldn't be like walking on the floor that I had which was kind of like walking on just the foundation of the house. He told me that the work would be done in a day they would demo it and have it all put back in in a day no problem well they came in then they came in for 3 hours said they needed to level the floors so that the floor would lay normally in the transition between the tile to this floor that they were removing and that they would be back the next day so my entire Foundation was exposed for the entire day and half of the next they come back the next day spend 4 hours left all of their remnants and trash laying everywhere they left her coffee cups in my house just look like they had had a party it did not look like they were in there doing your job immediately upon walking through the house the floor had voids and would kind of bounced there was no underlayment put under and he said the only underlayment this was the installer telling me this was the small felt backing on the back of the vinyl plank there was no underlayment it literally felt like I was walking on the concrete foundation it ticks it tax it cracks and Pops there are voids where they didn't quite level the floor high enough and this is what you got for $3,600. Several people have almost fallen coming into the house and transitioning from the four-year to the living room because there is that much of a void in the flooring I'm just I'm I'm horrified at the job that they did there are scratches in it and basically when I talked to Tyler he said he was so sorry that I was unhappy with the flooring but never offered to bring his people back out to fix the problem the flooring that I chose was discontinued all of a sudden so now I can't even get this floor repaired but he has absolutely offered no reciprocity he hasn't agreed to come over and help make this better and fix what they did not do their irresponsible they refuse to help he won't give me any money back so that I can relay another floor properly and now he's not returning my phone calls or responding to my emails
