Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Do Not Trust This Jerk! It is all a scam. I am hoping someone starts a class action lawsuit. Who is with me on this? Lets stop this person from ripping off anyone else!

I signed up with Cyber Junky,Type At Home , Synergy , Billy Briggs about 3 weeks ago, in August of 2006. At that time the website which is operated by Billy Briggs and associates had a 60 day money back guarantee for anyone who signed up that did not find the program was appropriate for them.

After attempting to work the program, I initially sent an email to their helpdesk requesting help. I did not receive a response as promised, rather I got a computer-generated email stating that a representative would review my case and I would get a response within 24 hours.

I never got any help in resolving my issues. I then sent numerous emails requesting the refund of my payment as promised. Again, I received only computer generated responses assuring me that someone would address my problem. This never happened.

Now they are saying that their system was down and that it is now back up and working. I again sent at least four emails vigorously requesting my money back in very clear terms. Again, these emails were acknowledged with a computer-generated response and then completely ignored.

This company made promises that they did not keep. Billy Briggs promised a refund that he did not give. They are using unsavory practices to ensure I do not receive my promised refund. They stole my money.

This is Billy Briggs in his own words copied from his website :

To Your Financial Success,

Billy Briggs

P.S. Remember there is absolutely no reason for you to leave this page empty handed! You can at least take advantage of the 60 day free trial and start earning without any risk - If you're not earning a substantial income within 60 days email me (you don't even need an excuse) just tell me you weren't satisfied and you won't be charged a single dime!

This is an absolute lie. He stole my money and is somehow able to get away with this. Absoutely do not give your money to this person. It is amazing that he can take money out of a persons pocket this way. I am going to pursue justice in this case. I urge every person who has fallen victim to this scam to take the time to contact the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org/

Do not let these lowlifes get away with this.We have to take a stand! Lets fight for justice and ruin this guys setup. He has no right to take advantage of people in search of legitimate business opportunities. He does this in the most devious of ways, and it is time someone puts a stop to it.

I did check the bbb. It states that all of the issues they have had have been resolved. However, I filed a complaint myself and that has yet to show up on the bbb site. I have researched many online so-called money making opportunities. I bought into this one because it swore to a money back guarantee. Unfortunately, they are able to get away with this. Apparently there are no legal ramifications for this type of scam. If you check the bbb under any one of these names I have listed, you will see their record appears satisfactory. That is why I made a complaint here. It is important people have a venue to learn about this particular scam. It is a little late to admonish me for buying into this type of business. We are all susceptible at one time or another to being taken advantage of.They prey on our weakness. In my case it is my desire to earn income from home. For you it may be something else. But we are all at risk.

I have a question did you check with the Better Business Bureau BEFORE you gave this company your money? Every always calls them afterwards but many companies just ignore the BBB. The BBB's power is in you being an informed consumer and checking out the business first. Remember if it sounds to good to be true - It is. There is no such thing as easy money. Read the BBB's report on this company. Also scroll down and read their advice about work at home schemes. (((ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) I also encourage you to read the BBB's consumer tips and information. (((ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) The Federal Trade Commission has a number of brochures at www.ftc.gov/ftc/consumer.htm Remember you can only get ripped off if you allow it to happen.
