I purchased eyeglass frames from a site https://www.types-extreme.top online on March 22, 2018. I never received the frames. Additionally, the company hasn't responded to my filling out a contact form on their website. The frames were supposed to be $31.49 with no shipping charges and not only were the glasses not delivered, but the amount taken from my bank debit card was $43.99 four days after I made the online purchase.
There is no address or phone number on their website and in checking scamadvisor.com, it appears to be suspicious website from China. I usually would check out a website more carefully, but Family Optical Center in Rockford, IL ruined my glasses and I needed frames right away and mine are discontinued and hard to find. I could only find these frames in two places online, so I bought one pair through Ebay and saw this second site for a backup pair. I was in a hurry and my bank was undergoing an online update, so I didn't notice it right away....a perfect storm for scammers like this.
My bank and credit monitoring company have been notified, a federal Internet crime report filed and I will be getting reimbursed and a new bank card. However, they abscounded with the bank's money which costs us all and are undoubtedly ripping off other shoppers as I write this. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HTTPS://WWW.TYPES-EXTREME.TOP. It is not a legitimate seller.
