On March 29 I took a Uber trip, unaware to me Uber never charged me for the trip.  Now on 05/05/2017 Uber decides to debit my account 25.04 resulting in a 30.00 NSF fee. I was never notified in writing that there was an issue with the payment, i never received any notice all I got was a charge on my account supposedly due to a technical error.  Ive requested the amouht be refunded as they never asked the consumer if it would be ok to charge.  Now they've throen off my whole account with a big F U! I have gone back and and forth with Uber to get the charge refunded and if there was a problem they should not have waited almots 2 months to take the money.  Then they state well its your bank nope money was in there then your going to lie about it I checked with my back already and my account was well full around that time .  But Uber preferes to rip off customers for 25.04 and nsf fees due to their error but wont resolve it.  Im not letting this go if I have to call the CEO Travis Kalanick and write a letter and go to my bank and every avenue to get this resolved I will.  55.24 is worth it to me.  They should have notified by writing something not just gone in my account 2 months later without prior notice.  I will never use Uber again their customer service is absolutely horrible and they do not care about the consumer just their pockets so I'm struck with a negetive bakance and they sit high on the hill Unethical Bastards. I will fight this tooth and nail.  If i have to personally find a way to California myself.
