Convicted Felon Connie Jordan-Carmichael is the SO/CALLED legal brains behind over a hundred million dollar PONZI SCHEME. She like to tell her team her legal paperwork is bullet proff. She has no formal education; but feels she created legal paperwork permitting her to take endless supplies of investor money and do nothing but put all the money in her pocket. She has even started to FRANCHISE HER SCAM. Her former employee FRANK ROBERT SMITH has scammed his friends, relatives and church members out of millions with Connie's paperwork and legal help. Connie and Chris get a big piece for sure as always. Antother group headed By Connie's long time friend KEVIN M BROWN scammed millions out of his fellow church members with Chris and Connies help.
These franchise PONZI SCAM Companies are: XS NETWORK, INC., INVISION HOLDINGS, LLC., INVISION INVESTMENTS of ST. LOUIS, INVISION INVESTMENTS OF COLUMBUS.
All of their companies have a few things in common. They take in millions of dollars in investor money, they promice to have secret patients, they do and have nothing of value, they never do any business, they promice to go public, CONNIE and CHRIS spend all the money on them selves. AND THEN NOTHING EVER HAPPENS EXCEPT THEY GO TAKE EVEN MORE MONEY TO SPEND ON THEMSELVES!! OR THEY SUE WHOEVER CAUSES A PROBLEM!! THEY ALSO BURN EVERY VENDOR OR EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH!!!
They have caused many heart attacks and destroyed lives!!! Even deaths!! THIS IS THE CLASSIC RECO CRIMINAL ORGINAZATION!!! At this point their 35,000 square building is as empty as their bank account!!

I am a private investigator. I was hired by an investor of the company who became concerned after reading these posts.
I can only confirm that the statements in this post are untrue and the allegations are false. Only it seems that the individuals involved in writing this information hide their identity to avoid prosecution for libel and slander.

I Robert M. Prestwood III California Real Estate Broker # 01027050 have never posted anything negative about anyone on the internet. It has come to my attention somebody has posted UNTRUE statements about me and my former business partners & friends Chris Carmichael, Al Carmichael and Connie Jordan-Carmichael. My history with Chris goes back to when we went to college together and later we went on to have 3 very successful businesses together. I worked for Connie in 2000 and 2001 and while she is a tough/smart business women she paid me extremely well and was very generious and kind to my family. I have nothing but good things to say about her.
ANY NEGATIVE POSTINGS ABOUT ANYONE WERE NOT FROM THIS Robert M Prestwood III
It appears someone made negative coments to defame all of us and generate litigation between us all.
