Complaint Review: UBIQUITY BROADCASTING IS THE 15TH PONZI FRAUD CONNIE JORDAN - Irvine California

This is all fact. They have robbed people blind. Every cent raised has gone into a family trust. She has done thisa few times before and he is almost as bad. 

I am a private investigator. I was hired by an investor of the company who became concerned after reading these posts.

I can only confirm that the statements in this post are untrue and the allegations are false. Only it seems that the individuals involved in writing this information hide their identity to avoid prosecution for libel and slander.

I Robert M. Prestwood III California Real Estate Broker # 01027050 have never posted anything negative about anyone on the internet.  It has come to my attention somebody has posted UNTRUE statements about me and my former business partners & friends Chris Carmichael, Al Carmichael and Connie Jordan-Carmichael.  My history with Chris goes back to when we went to college together and later we went on to have 3 very successful businesses together.  I worked for Connie in 2000 and 2001 and while she is a tough/smart business women she paid me extremely well and was very generious and kind to my family.  I have nothing but good things to say about her.

ANY NEGATIVE POSTINGS ABOUT ANYONE WERE NOT FROM THIS Robert M Prestwood III

It appears someone made negative coments to defame all of us and generate litigation between us all.

I think it's worth mentioning that one of the people cited in this report, Dr. David Lark, had his medical license revoked in the State of California in 1998. This is not a good sign.

Lark is also linked to Frank Robert Smith and Skytech International Corporation. Bob Smith was the lead player in the Skytech International investor fraud scheme.

 I am not doing anything with these convicted felons, drug addicts and scam artists.

I AM HOWEVER ASSISTING THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE HARMED WHO WERE INVESTORS, EMPLOYEES AND VENDORS THEY HAVED SCAMMED OUT OF OVER ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS.

I have not had anything to do with any of these scumbags for over 10  ten years THANK GOD!

I have been asked all the time by many of their victums to help them and prevent them from RIPPING OFF and hurting more and more people!!

In regards to the comments being made about me, Jeff Kuri, the painting contractor for Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation by a Mr. Robert Prestwood III…first of all I do not even know who this person is or why he would say what he did in the comments below to damage not only myself but my business and reputation as well:

THIS STATEMENT IS NOT TRUE. Let the record show that the Studios at Ubiquity are not empty. In fact I am called on a regular basis to provide painting services to their clients. I have the invoices and dates to back all of this up. To back my statement up I will tell you that I have changed and repainted the cyc walls in Studio 2 and Studio 3 multiple times for there clients including but not limited to: VISA BLACK CARD, FORMULA DRIFT, CHEVY, DICKIES, BODY GLOVE, THIRTY TWO BRAND, MONSTER ENERGY, MANDARIN ORIENTAL, SURFRIDER FOUNDATION, RINSE KIT, AVIIR. Ubiquity has also had live events in there facility, which I was in attendance for just in case they needed my painting services. The event was INTERNATIONAL SURF DAY a 3 day live network event. Also, I have been able to do touch up painting for when important guests are visiting, take tours of facility, etc. I was there when Jane Seymour and Jonathan Banks came in for interviews for a new network show they were doing which was pretty cool in my painting world.

So the cyber bullying of Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation and myself just needs to stop.

 Attorney James Sabalos said when I showed him where convicted felons Jonathan Scott Cohen, Connie Jordan-Carmichael and their minion Ron Moore used his name to say I was convicted of purjury.  He said I was never convicted of anything and he never agreed to let anyone use his name nor did he say anything about me on the internet.  Now you all are back with a new name making the same false claims. FACT: ALL YOU FELONS ARE TIED TOGETHER.

FACT: CONNIE JORDAN-CARMICHAEL WAS CONVICTED OF FRAUD AND IS A FELON. 

FACT: RON MOORE WAS CONVICTED OF ARMED ROBBERY AND OTHER CRIMES SERVED TIME IN PRISON AND IS A FELON. 

FACT:  JONATHAN SCOTT COHEN WAS CONVICTED OF DEALING DRUGS IN A HUNTINGTON BEACH POLICE DRUG STING AND IS A CONVICTED FELON.

  FACT: Attorney James Sabalos was an attorney who worked for Jon Cohen, Connie jordan-Carmichael and they did not pay his bill.

  FACT: CONNIE JORDAN COMMITTED BANKRUPTCY FRAUD. 

FACT:  RON MOORE COMMITTED BANKRUPTCY FRAUD. 

FACT: DR. GERRY COHEN COMMITTED BANKRUPTCY FRAUD.

They ask the question why I employed this scum who stole from me and cost me millions of dollars? The answer is when I met them they did not have FELON & DRUG ADDICT tattooed on thei forehead.  THEY ARE ALSO EXTREMELY GOOD LIARS AND CONMEN.  THAT'S WHY!

UBIQUITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION is a DBA and not a corporation.  The company is housed in an empty building and is not really in any business, other than to scam investors, creditiors and employees out of money.  The painting contractor who sent a month there said it is an empty building with nothing going on inside.  Chris and connie like to say they are going public soon and you will double your money if you invest.  They have used this same scam for 15 years,  They did it with XS NETWORK, INC., THEY DID IT WIRH LIFEPRINT, INC.  THEY DID IT WITH 360, LLS., THEY DID IT WITH INTERNATIONAL APPERAL GROUP  and many more.  None of these companies ever went public, did any business, never paid creditors, paid employees and never end up paying all the different attorneys they go thru like toilet paper to keep them out of jail.

Lets see... So all of these people that don't know each other whatsoever are scammears, drug dealers, drug addicts, felons, but the only thing they seem to have in common is making the mistake of doing business with robert m. Prestwood. Tell you what I will show up with representatives of the department of justice and you bring the proof. My question is robert m. Prestwood is what are you doing with these "scammers, drug dealers, drug addicts, and felons?"

I telephoned California Attorney James Clifford Sabalos State bar # 182545.  He is the only Sabalos in the California state Bar. When I informed him of this report someone signed his name to he became upset and said I should take this matter to the FBI and the U.S. Attorney at once.  Upon speaking with him I remembered he had represented Convicted Felons Connie Jordan and Jonathan Scott Cohen.  He also informed nether of the felons paid him.  So we now know the people signing Attorney Sabalos's name on this Ripoff Report are Connie Jordan, Ron Moore and Jon Cohen.  We also know it is they whouse the AKA truth from Ontario, Canada.  Good luck explaining to the FBI and the U.S. Attorney why you pose as Attorney James Sabalos.  To add to your stupidity you said when you posed as Attorney Sabalos that I Robert Prestwood was convicted of purjury in Judge Grey's Court where Cohen was a defendant.  James C. Sabalos represented Cohen as a defendant in this matter and he said in no  was I charged, convicted or accused of purjury in this matter.  Mr. Sabalos said he would never post anything on the internet concerning any case.  Mr. Sabalos said he is willing to give a declairation concerning the fact I was never charged or accused of purjury and is in no way involved with convicted felons Connie Jordan, Ron Moore and Jonathan Scott Cohen.  I am willing to testify to these facts under oath anytime.  Robert Prestwood    (((ROR redacted)))
