Ubuy Fulfilment House Australia forwarding dermaviva cream and active x Dermaviva and Active X Internet
In July 2016 I saw the shark tank programme promoting a new skin care by an australian lady. I sent for a free jar for $4.95 postage. It had no name but is now being sold under the Christie Brinkley Label.
I received a cream called dermaviva with no manufacturers name or address on the package, A few days later another cream called active x arrived. Not sure which was the one I had sent for I tried each cream on opposite sides of my face,
To my horror my skin started burning after a few hours and I immediately washed my face several times. The burning continued plus itching, redness and now swelling.
Only vaseline or sorbolene cream helped the burning and itching but had to keep reapplying them. My skin then started peeling off like I had been burnt in a fire or scalded with liquid. p***y sores formed and doctor gave me antiobotics to try and clear this up. It was more than 3 weeks before my skin started to settle down but still have dry itchy patches even now so it has damaged my skin.
I rang Fulfilment House and was given another number which I kept getting an answering machine and left messages which nobody bothered to answer or call me back. Fulfilment house told me they had nothing to do with this product so if that is the case why is their address the one to return the cream to. They are just lying.
I have been sending every package I get return to sender which is Fulfilment House address but they still keep coming and money is being taken off my credit card. I have repeatedly asked for my money to be refunded and they are getting my emails as I keep getting emails asking me if I am satisfied or dissatisfied with the service - not the creams and I say extremely dissatisfied and please stop sending the creams.
Where else do I turn to get my money back and to stop them taking money off my credit card twice, sometimes 3 times a month. They are going to bankrupt me. I am an old age pensioner and just can't pay my credit card.
