I signed up with ultimate CPA exam guide (Bryan Kesler) thinking they could help me/mentor me as I take all 4 parts of the CPA exams. I tried them for a month thinking that they would be a good fit to help with studying but they were not. I requested for a refund but they would not honor it. I was within my 30 days of requesting the refund and emailed them regarding it. He charges almost $600 for the service, I was on a month to month payment plan, thank god I didn’t pay in full due to how unsatisfied I am.

The material that went along with the service was not sufficient enough as they claimed. I followed the step by step tutorial and realize that the service He offered was not what he claimed it to as to help you pass. The company only offered to cancel but not give me a full refund.

This business is a rip off, they prey on people that seek help on the CPA exam at a vulnerable time during their journey. I definitely was not satisfied with them and even requested a partial refund; they need to offer better customer service. The company offers nothing but a bunch of lies for guidance to make you feel like he is an expert or mentor when in fact he delivers nothing that you can use for the CPA exam. He knows nothing as of date, he is not updated on material pertaining to the CPA exam and pretty much charge you to be in a study group.

More like another business creature waiting to take money from people and offer nothing in return. We as a CPA candidate are already spending thousands of dollars on CPA review course, application fees and exam fees. We just have to be smarter who we seek help from along the way. I know now to be much cleverer about predators like this online just sitting back waiting for the next person to take or steal from. If I could save another person from the trouble of this bogus company I will. I'm content with no resolution in my favor; my voice is priceless.

This customer enrolled in our program with the understanding that we offered a 30 day moneyback guarantee.

Customer requested a refund on day 31 after completing the majority of our course which is outside of our very clear refund policy.

We get results for our students who are willing to listen and implement what we teach. This customer was not willing to do so and instead of spending time studying, spent hours writing up this complaint.

I wish this customer well, but she obviously doesn't have her priorities straight.
