Order date 12-13-2007,order number 182511 for The Virginian,seasons 1-9,45 DVDS. I was charged by debit card,Visa $288.32. They listed no address on their website. On january 18,I got an email stating my order is in back order it is their top priority to ship it as soon as possible, If I do not wish to wait, I could cancel. I wanted my order and did not cancel until today, when I sent another email requesting my status. I have not heard from them. The phone numbe shown on there 1-877-7-TV-Show is no longer a good number and for a price I could call another number with no results.

Please help me with this.

I discovered this scam after ordering for myself in October (07). It took a couple of months but I got my credit card refunded so I would make the following suggestion so that you, and anyone else who is having difficulties with this company, can get their money back. I tried cancelling my order through email, they said the refund would take a week or two. Nothing. I tried again to get my refund, still longer. Then I received an email saying my order was shipped (in December). I emailed them again giving them attitude about how my order was cancelled in October and should not have been shipped and demanded my refund. They shipped it anyways and I returned it without opening it. I kept emailing and also made multiple attempts to talk with them through "Live Chat." Each time I was assured I would get my refund. I even talked with my credit card company and with Allied, who does the billing for them I suppose, and was told I had to wait to get refunded after the payment was posted to my account. After many many emails and live chats demanding I get my refund it finally happened in February (08). My suggestion to everyone is to keep trying. Put pressure on them to refund your money..it worked for me. Here's an example of my so called pressuring.. I received the package weeks ago and SENT IT BACK. I CANCELLED MY ORDER (Order #: 156924) BACK IN NOVEMBER and have yet to see the refund on my credit card. I have been in contact with your company online for several weeks. My REFUND SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROCESSED A WEEK AGO. PLEASE REFUND MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE BEEN WAITING LONG ENOUGH. THANK YOU Please wait for a site operator to respond.
