UltimateDVDShop.com I placed an order of $195.11 and received an email that it was shipped to Australia when it was supposed to go to Brazil. I've been trying to get in contact with them via phone and email and get no answers. Don't buy from them. It's a ripoff. Internet Internet
I placed and order of $195.11 back in December, 2007. I received a call from them saying that they did not have the order, but they were not going to charge my credit card until they had the order. 4 months later, I received an email that my order had been shipped and my credit card had in fact been charged. The only problem was that my order was supposed to ship to Brazil and on the tracking of the package, there was a confirmation that it was delivered to Australia. I have been calling the 1877 number and I've been sending emails but I get no answer. Yet, this company is still advertsing and taking money from people without delivering their order. Be careful! It's a complete ripoff!!!
