I joined ultimatemoviedownload.com on March 3rd 2005 for 2 years. I downloaded the software, and it was instantly unusable, and remains that way.
I tried to contact them immediately using the extensive methods they offer, only to discover that their e-mail address is not contactable and mails bounce back to you, their 'live' support section has never been manned (and I have checked every day for the last 16 days) and their phone numbers just ring on and on and on.... So basically, you can't contact them, therefore, you can't ask for your money back in the 7 day cash-back time limit they offer.
There is someone on their premises though, and he's the guy who rapidly completes your credit card transaction. He's VERY quick.
Please, please, PLEASE DO NOT use this company, nor their sister company mp3downloading.com (and there are others).
If you really want to be 15 lighter, just donate it to Oxfam or something.
