Well here's my story about this awful company I was lied to not once not twice but four seperate times about this being a full coverage insurance. I was first lied to when setting up my account when they sent me to a recording to listen to the run through of the coverage and they mentioned a discount insurance i asked what that ment and they said it refered to the card you recieve to further help with perscriptions. The second time was when I recieved my paper work it had in big bold letters not full coverage insurance I called right then and was lied to again and they reassured me saying that it was a duel sided plan that included a full coverage and suplimental insurance. I also called right before my first charge went through because I had seen something about it being a limited insurance again got lied to and said I was in fact paying for the two sided plan. The final lie was when we first tried to use the insurance and the doctors office informed us of the actual coverage they paid $50 three times a year! We were to pay $90 a month! I called as soon as we left the office and that was the first time they admitted to not being a full coverage insurance and said I should have been informed of that. I told them I wanted my money back they filed a claim and if I do not get my refund I will be looking for a lawyer.
