I was looking for a new ins plan since mine went up so high. I got a call from Health Ins Innovations, they offered me a plan that sounded good so I gave them my information (Bank Card). I tried that night to log in with the member number they gave me and i couldnt get on so tried calling them the next morning and i just kept getting a recording to hold, I held 2 hrs one time. Then i started to feel like I got scammed I called the bank to cancel my membership it was to late but the bank did give me a number associated with the transaction, when i called i got the same recording, to hold, I did another 2 hrs and nothing. The recording gave an email address to cancel when I wrote to them the email wont send it says to check the address. I came online and was looking and found on here a complaint against the same company and she had a phone number to this company on hers so I called it a woman answered when I gave her the member number she said I was the 4th person who called with the same member number. I hope you are reading this before appling with them and not like me after giving them my $400.00
