toledo,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Fri, January 23, 2015
I had to add to this story. First I will state that I am the employee that got ripped off from the $39k payment. Robbed of my commission that the company rules said I was owed. Up until the point where I received the payment. The undocumented change was enforced. I later accepted an offer from UCB to work in management. I was promoted to Supervisor, which I held for almost two years until I voluntarily stepped down from after deciding to go another direction with furthering my education. I was then black balled as an employee after this decision. I was given the worst possible opportunity to maintain my employment after stepping down. Them after one month of schooling I received a very apologetic call from HR Jerry Lacourse who said my position was eliminated. First time anyone in the company was let go for this reason. The company used scare tactics with their employees, and management. There is no professionalism, and since no Union exist in the Collections Industry employees are treated like unskilled, and unintelligent individuals. I worked there for 7 years. I can't believe the things that were said and done involving UPPER management. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy for work. Whenever The VP of a company can sit and tell the entire site in a meeting to "perform better or go to McDonalds and work, let's me know they're corrupt.
