United Consumers U.S Guardian I'm disabled & on fixed income Toronto Ontario
On July 24th 2002 at 9:16 E.s.t. I was called by a person named Barbara. For a fee of $199.00 I could receive a cellular phone a Master Card with a $2000.00 credit line, and a Visa with a $500.00 credit line.
All I needed to do was give them my bank routing number , and checking account number, and I would receive these items within 7 to 10 business days.
Barbara asked me when I would like the money withdrawn from my checking account. I told her on July 31rst 2002. She gave me a P.I.N. number if I wanted to change the date of the automatic withdrawal.
She also gave me two phone numbers 416-289-0917, and 416-289-3634. Barbara also sais that customer service would call me back ithin 15 minutes to verify the information.
Josie called back within 15 minutes, and like an Idiot I verified the information. These phone numbers are always busy, and if you can leave a message no one ever calls you back.
I,m disabled, and on a fixed income, and out $199.00, as here it is August 16th, and no phone, cards, or returned phone calls.
