On Monday, July 31st, I received several harrassing phone calls at my office. The first few were from a woman named 'Danika'. After I didn't call her back, a man by Mark Henry starting calling saying they were collecting a debt and needed to know my intentions. The would not provide any account information or any copy of anything I signed saying I owed the supposed company, DEBT DOCTOR, whatever balance of $700. They faxed me a generic type up, but nothing I had signed. Just a makeshift invoice with balances and moneys owed.

They were very threatening saying I needed to pay by 12 pm or else. Once I didnt pay, the said that they could tell i was in good intention, but needed some money to put off legal action. Once I said I wouldnt pay, they started threatening that they would 'come verify my physical work and home address' and that i would be sorry.

I have called their bluff and am waiting to see what actions will be taken against me if any.

The scary thing is that they had my personal info, including social.

I did a search and found this website and am going to contact the proper authorities to get this resolved.

I have since started calling them, asking them questions about their company and where they are, who funds them, why they cant provide any more information. All a bunch of run around with me being put on hold a lot, them discussing stuff and coming back. People acting stupid, asking me if Im representing someone.
