United General Contracting Removed 2 trees and was supposed to come back Saturday to remove 4 stumps and never showed after being paid. Lexington
Originally they were removing a tree from my parents house (which was paid for and they never came back to finish theirs either). I called and talked to them about removing 2 tree stumps from my front yard. He came out the next day and gave me a price of 2500.00 for removing the two stumps in my front yard and to remove two trees and stumps from my back yard. I agreed.
The next day they finished taking down my parents tree and my 2 out of my backyard. We paid them and they said they would be out the next day for stump removal. Never showed. I called and they said they would be here Monday. Monday came and nothing.
I have called so many times and I get multiple excuses from my brother just had a baby, out of town, cant do it when its wet, when the roots are cold it takes an hour longer than it should. I have heard it all! The last time I told him to set a date and be here when he says.
He said he would be here Saturday. Nothing! Now he has blocked my number and it goes straight to voicemail which is full and you cannot leave a message. I know they are doing the same to others so beware!
