Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company lied and did not produce the service they promised me in the contract and I consider it disgusting and inexcusable fraud what they did to me. I only hope something real bad happens to them someday soon for ripping off and hurting people the way they do. This company preys on people who are sick and have no health insurance.

The sales person at USA + convinced me to purchase this program ,he assured me that I would get a nice savings on surgical fees and hospital fees at least something like 25 % off the regular cash price from surgeons and hospitals. He even used Christian religious talk to help convince me and smooth over the whole scam.

I tried using my USA+ membership diligently to buy some glasses and I found the place where I could save over $130.00 at on my glasses was not on the USA+ list of participants and no matter how many of the USA + partners for eye ware I look up and compared they couldn't beat this deal at Today's Vision with Frank Lee the Optometrist so I couldn't use my USA+ membership without losing a lot of money.

I also had a problem looking for dental work as well ,it seemed that all the high quality dentist I found anywhere near my area (or even outside my area) were not part of the USA+ participant dentist network and I didn't want to trust my teeth to what surely seemed like amateur dentist who didn't look like they where very established at all.

I decided to keep my membership with USA + anyway because I mostly needed the hospital discount more than anything and I thought the hospital savings would more than make up for my other disappointments with the other parts of the USA + program.I was about to use these benefits in the coming months as I got my money saved up and finalize the doctor and hospital that I would use to do the surgery .

This December 2004 I tried to use these benefits with a surgeon I choose since I found that he participated in the USA + program so I asked Kristine Tidwell the lady in charge of billing for the surgeon I was going to use (Dr.Burke) ,I ask her about the USA+ discount I would get she said it would be 25% off the regular hospital fees but since I was paying in cash I would get a 25% discount anyway and that the USA+ would be useless and benefit me nothing!!!! This is pretty strange,if I am going to get the 25% discount for using cash why did I need USA+ in the first place??

Now this month of December 2004 I receive a letter in the mail from USA+ telling me the hospital savings program would be dropped at the end of December 2004! So now I am going to incur even worse financial stress since I was unable to receive even the slightest benefit from this phony program from USA+.

I wrote a letter and faxed it to the lousy lady in charge at USA+ (her name is Janett Yakel, her fax number is 817-640-3432). In that letter I asked Yakel for mercy and that they refund me my money ,she called me on the phone and tried to tell me something that didn't make any sense and after I questioned that advice she even admitted that the advice she gave me was useless and meaningless to me .I guess she help console her own conscience (what little is left of it) by giving me some artificial advice and solutions. I ask her for my refund and she just gave me a cold ugly "No", so I promised her I would contest the charges USA+ put on my credit card ,she said :"that's up to you ", so then I told her I was going to build a web site and use this information I have about USA+ to do a lot of damage to their business and then I hung up.Unlike USA+ I will keep my promises.

I had purchased this so-called insurance through Tony Jones, he said it was his company, never knew anything about usa+ until i got 1 card, never even recieved a prescription card. He point blank told me twice since I wanted it confirmed that it is insurance and not a discount, he said it is insurance and you will have co-pays. Well I have cancelled, usa is saying i cancelled this week when i cancelled within the 30 days, so they are telling me i'm a lier and i get no money back. I had to pay $146.46 for some pills he said i would recieve prescription card which i've been waiting 3 wks and now he claims he never recieved copy of my reciept for what i paid and i mailed it directly to him. At time where he told me to send receipt he said i'd only have to pay $20 and get rest refunded, now since i am mad about him lieing he said "I never said there is a co-pay" If you go to his website it says nothing about usa+, shows it is insurance with co-pays for uninsurable, high risk people. He charged me $304 which I'll never get back, i learned from a real agent since i'm high risk you can qualify for hirsp if you get 2 decline letters from insurance agents which i'll get and will still be less costly than them and i was shocked, nice to know some truthful people in the world. Remember Tony Jones at health alliance which his website is heartdisease.criticalillnesshealthinsurance.com/contact_us.html to never use them. I'm trying to see if my bank can give me my money back since i never got my prescription card and they refuse to do anything about me, but i probablly won't get it back since it's my own money, not a credit card, sux since i am not rich and scammed this way and have a bad illness and so called insurance places do that and don't care about you. I was a sales person before but i would never lie to someone, i always tell them the truth and even when some people did lie about packages they got their money back so it's like why can't these places compensate us when being mislead, lied to, and not recieving my cards.
