United States Administrative Services Company I purchased a sewing machine from Country Stitches on December 31,2004, with the understanding that I was going to get up to the amount of my purchase if I followed the requireements and filed the request in the required time period of which I have done. I filed the request and recieved a signed receipt showing arrival on December 3, 2007. I have yet to hear anything from the company. I tried can Mt. Dora Florida
On December 31, 2004, I purchased a sewing machine from Country Stitches in E. Lansing, Mi for $2799.00 during a promotion of cashback on the machine. I was given paperwork from Country Stitches that indicated how I was to receive the cash back up to the total cost of my machine not to exceed $3000.00.
I followed all the requirements and waited the required 35 months before I could complete the request for payment.I received a return receipt signed by Ronald Gooding indicating they had received the paperwork on December 3, 2007. I have yet to receive any response to my submission.
I tried contacting the telephone number listed on March 18, 2008. It had a recording of being disconnected and no new number indicated. I went to the website and can find nothing regarding this cashback program.
I plan to contact our Better Business Bureau, our Consumer Protection Department with the Department of Attorney General, as well as our local advocate through the Lansing State Journal newspaper.
