Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

There are a lot of game maker programs out there now a days, and I have tried just about all of them, yet this one falls under scams in my opinion, especially with their open fee schedule. Several large game developers no longer use them because of similar issues. This article is a collection of my experiences and those who I interviewed. Trinity is more than just a game maker, but regardless of what you can make with it, their open fee schedule dumps the buyer/ renter into the foroms whose moderators are in fact volunteers, many of them under age kids, who are more hyped on power control then helping. The software os free for those who dabble, but more costly for those who project wishful sales.

Pay the higher price and cintact them with an issue, they just send you to their forums regardless. If your lucky, you will get someone helpful who replies before some moderator, usually a kid, removes the post with reason that had nothing to do with the post in the first place. With me, I asked a question in their forums where it says "Need help with Unitys features, ask here" My question was simple. If anyone who has used a game maker knows, when making games, you can either use their resources, or make your own. These are the graphics like the sprite character you control, to the the block graphics that form into the screen you see in many rpg games.

Since their program doesnt coform to what many others do, I simply asked in the above forum where to edit resources so you can add more graphics to a game. After several days of not getting notification of any reply, went to see if there was any to find the post locked with a moderators response of ask the developers, this question is disrespectful. It was the developers who sent me there in the first place. Talking with other developers who used to use Unity, found out the reason they stopped using Unity was because of the same exact issue I had with Unitys support. Only difference between myself and the others is they spent a few $k before learning this and moving on to a better prpgram.

I myself spent $0 after bank did a chargeback after seeing services I was paying for was not rendered. What got me irked to do this post and the chargeback was due to the fact I found out from another developer who had similar issues with a moderator, had one with the same moderator I had 6 months ago and that moderator was 12 back then. I have no way to verify the age, but verifying the bad behavior by unpaid staff was simple. I could ask the mod their age, and many of us who have seen this before knows what the many results will be. My suggedtion in regards to Unity, use someone elses products. Many do the same thing and more without the children moderator power trips, and a lot cheaper too.
