Do not use, avoid at all costs!!!
i bought a 2.5 Ton Direct Comfort 16 Seer Central Air Conditioner Heat Pump Multi Position System from this site and its been a nightmare dealing with the company.
issues i have had:
1. the website has contradictory information - headings don't match the fine details
2. i called the company prior to the order being shipped and they verified i had ordered the correct system (it turned out not to be the correct system)
3. i got in to an argument with the Manager Julio after he called me a liar.
4. even though i called to verify the order was correct before it was shipped i was still stuck with the cost of replacing the parts.
5. after getting in an argument with the manager they told me it was my fault and that i was the very first complaint they received, however about 45 min after that they updated the site to change the wording so its not so confusing. (how shady is that!) the manager was clear that its my fault but they thought it was important enough to change the website to add the word "vertical", which is not a multi position system by definition.
if you like bad service and even worse management then this is the company for you.

Goodman came to the rescue - no further action necessary

Once of the actions i took to try to get my issue resolved was to send an e-mail to Goodman/Direct Comfort directly and to my surprise they responded and went abouve and beyond to fix this issue. Goodman inc. offerd to pay the shipping and restocking fees to fix this issue. i want to thank Goodman inc. to come to the rescue and handle the dispute between heat&cool and myself.
No further action necessary.
