2012 Kia Soul was taken in for ROUTINE 30K mile warranty work.  Car was returned driving rough.  Noticed that none of the panel systems were working (speed, RPM's, Lights, etc). Also, the paint was scratched and dented from the warranty service.

Returned car to them to repair whatever they broke.  They advised us that the system would have to go back to the plant in CALIFORNIA and the car would have to be shipped there.  Also requested that the dents and scratches be buffed out.

They arranged for a Hertz rental car which they would cover due to the inconvenience.

Car was returned a week later.  Panel system now works, but steering is very loose.  Scratches that they caused were buffed out, still show, but they did not go to the trouble of buffing out other scratches while they had it (you would think that would be done as a courtesy) nor did they wash and vacuum the car.

Additionally, the Hertz rental that was supposed to be covered resulted in a $123 charge on our Amex.

VERY disappointed in the service level at Universal Kia.   I'm a return customer having purchased two Kia's over the years (which we loved), but definitely will not be buying any other cars from this group.
