After buying a new Hyundai we were called back after a week with finance issues. They said the interest they agreed to was to low - reduced the sales price and increased the interest to have us be stupid enough to buy it a second time.
That was after they offered us a Nissan instead. Ole' Bait & Switch tactics.
Now after the second purchase of the same vehicle, with an approved credit & finance amount discussed and signed to and 3 weeks past - yet more bad news -they need it back this time due to our income - a second jobs income won't work, because of the time that has gone by - they messed up - not us...
Now we have a late notice on the trade in vehicles record, as we thought it was paid off - interesting enough the late notice is what caused us to call Universal and discover this new issue.
