on sunday april 16 i ordered diet pills from universal.com and on april 19, $19.95 was deducted from my check card. i have yet to recieve my order. i called the customer service number and was on hold for 1 hour.
now i am convinced that i have been had. today is april 21 and still no merchandise. please lets do something so no one else gets taken.
